  2. My No Matter Whats (NMWs) — these are my non-negotiable daily habits: exercise, my nature walk/daily meditation, reading (minimum 30 minutes), mastery-related work, and spending time with loved ones.
  3. Any other tasks that need to be done the following day.

6. Work with a Study Group: Collaborating with peers can enhance your learning experience and provide valuable support and motivation. Join a study group where you can exchange ideas, clarify concepts, and hold each other accountable for staying on track with your studies.

7. Reward Yourself: Incorporate rewards into your study routine to incentivize progress and maintain motivation. Treat yourself to a small indulgence – whether it’s a coffee break, a brief walk outdoors, or a leisure activity – after completing a designated study task or reaching a milestone.

8. Take a Break: Recognize the importance of rest and rejuvenation in maintaining optimal focus and productivity. Incorporate regular breaks into your study schedule to recharge your mind and prevent burnout. Use this time to relax, stretch, or engage in activities that help clear your mind.
